Power Quote for the Week
Welcome to Sunday's regular feature. Every week you can look for a witty, wise, or profound quotation from assorted folks about power.
I choose these quotations about power as it refers to electricity, since that is what this blog is about. Sometimes though, I'll select a quotation about power, as it relates to the human condition.
Stephen Vincent Benét (July 22, 1898 – March 13, 1943) was an American author, poet, short story writer, and novelist said, "We thought, because we had power, we had wisdom."
Bringing Meaning To Madness
We all have opinions whether we share them or not. From my point of view, I truly believe that our current leaders in Congress lack wisdom, yet their power of position leads them to believe they have wisdom, more wisdom than the majority of people they are supposed to represent. They falsely believe they can make better decisions on our behalf. Do you really think they are right? If not, let your voice be heard!
Can I help you find something?
